Spend between $20,000 and $29,999 to receive $600 COURTS furnishing vouchers
Spend between $30,000 and $39,999 to receive $1,200 COURTS furnishing vouchers
Spend between $40,000 and $49,999 to receive $2,000 COURTS furnishing vouchers

Terms & Conditions:
a. Promotion is valid from now till 12th March 2021.
b. The packages are only applicable for SP HOMES custom furniture.
c. Prices are inclusive of 7% GST.
d. An initial deposit must be collected by 12th March 2021 to secure the promotional package price.
e. To be entitled to COURTS furnishing vouchers, an initial deposit must be collected by 12th March 2021, and subsequent payments up to 50% must be made by 12th May 2021. In the event of a forfeiture of renovation works by either party, vouchers issued must be returned to SP HOMES.
f. All packages exclude mattresses, modification to the toilet, hacking, plumbing and electrician works.
i. Any additional requirements will be quoted separately. All the packages are based on a set of standardized dimensions.
j. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discount or voucher.
k. Vouchers given are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be clubbed with any other offers/discounts/referrals.
l. All packages come with a complimentary sanitizing service, upon completion of installation.
m. Additional charges apply for other specifications, dimensions and accessories that differ from the standard package.
