  2. The packages are only applicable for SP HOMES customized furniture.
  3.  Customer needs to purchase the whole house customised furniture packages on promotion in order to entitle for the complimentary TV, based on 3-Room/43” TV, 4-Room/55” TV, 5-Room/65” TV.
  4. Deposit will be collected to secure the promotion.
  5. Prices are subject to 7% GST.
  6. All the packages exclude mattress, hacking, plumbing and electrician works, any additional requirements will be quoted separately.
  7. All customised furniture whole house package comes with a complimentary sanitizing service, upon completion of installation.
  8. Additional charges applies for other specifications, dimensions accessories and installation that differs from the standard package.
