Terms & Conditions:
a) Promotion is valid from 6 Sep till 31 October 2021.
b) Minimum spend to qualify to spin the wheel is $3k for full customised furniture and $2k for Lifestyle Collection. Only eligible for one spin per IO signed.
c) Spend >$5k (after all discounts and rebates)  get 1 extra spin for a chance to win the Mystery Gift ONLY.  If client wins the mystery gift it will be reserved until Order Agreement is signed.
d) Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and/or vouchers.
e) Promotion is only applicable to one delivery address, with same day installation (for Lifestyle Collection)
f) Prices are subjected to 7% GST.
g)Full payment must be made for Lifestyle Collection furniture at point of purchase.
h) All packages exclude mattresses, hacking, plumbing and electrical works. All additional requirements will be quoted separately.
i) Lifestyle Collection Designer’s room packages are based on a standard set of dimensions. Any additional requirements will be quoted separately.
j) Additional charges apply for other specifications, dimensions and accessories that differ from the standard packages.
k) All promotions and offers by SP HOMES are subjected to a set of terms and conditions, which SP Homes reserve the right to change without any prior notice.
