Terms & Conditions
a) Promotion is valid from now till 30^th August 2021.
b) Up to 25% is only for selected room packages
c) All other furniture purchases out of the promotional packages will be entitled to 10% discount.
d) Customized Kitchen Package and Tatami & Cabinet Package are based on 14% discount off retail price of base price of $3,616 and $5,200. Any additional requirements on customised carpentry (excluding countertop), will be entitled to 10% discount.
e) Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts and/or vouchers.
f) Top-up $100 to upgrade to Super Single Size Tatami bed (for Seikatsu Sutairu Designer Room Single package)
g) Top-up $300 to upgrade to King Size Tatami bed (for Seikatsu Sutairu Designer Room Queen package)
h) Promotion is only applicable to one delivery address, with same day installation (for Lifestyle Collection)
i) Prices are subjected to 7% GST.
j) Full payment must be collected for Lifestyle Collection Room package. An initial deposit must be collected by the end of promotion to secure the tatami and kitchen package.
k) All packages exclude mattresses, hacking, plumbing and electrical works. All additional requirements will be quoted separately.
l) Any additional requirements will be quoted separately. All the packages are based on a set of standard dimensions.
m) Additional charges apply for other specifications, dimensions and accessories that differ from the standard package.
n) All promotions and offers by SP HOMES are subjected to a set of terms and conditions, which SP Homes reserve the right to change without any prior notice.
